Bookia is a fast-growing company currently looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role
- Providing support to our customer base via Phone, Email, Live Chat and in person if required
- Make sure the customer receives top-quality service
- Guide our customers on how to make any bookings online
- Help the customers in any query they come across.
Skills and Requirements
- Must be residing in Malta
- Must have excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Friendly personality
- Candidates must be IT literate
- Fluent in business English
- Native Spanish speaker

*This role is on a shift basis where working days can be from Monday to Sunday at any time between 9 AM and 8 PM.
